Every order is made specifically for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this, order processing and shipping times may differ from traditional retail stores.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Production times may vary during holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, products ordered, and shipping method selected.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect shipping address is entered, please contact us immediately at cadenceclubsupply@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered production.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at cadenceclubsupply@gmail.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We'll review the issue and work toward a replacement or refund when appropriate.


International Shipping

At this time, Cadence Club Supply primarily serves customers within the United States.

If international shipping is available, rates, delivery times, customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
