Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we'll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer's remorse
- Color preference
- General wear and tear
Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us.
We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the best resolution.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account.
